We went for the burger option! Both me and my husband were surprised by the fast and efficient service. We had a lovely wine, and some choice burgers! An excellent choice!! We enjoyed the romantic atmosphere, and the excellent service! The waiter was close by every time we needed him, and was ready to assist in any way he could!! Will definitely recommend them!!

I remember the original Hussar Grill in Rondebosch in the eighties. It was good back then, and I was concerned as to what to expect 30 years later. I was not disappointed. The service was good, the meat recommendations were perfect, the preparation was 110%, the wine was suitably chilled. So in a nutshell will I go back YES. Will I recommend to others YES already done.. Well done Hussar.

We were staying at the local City Lodge & walked around the casino looking for a dinner venue.
Management & Staff were friendly & attentive.
Service was good.
Steaks were delicious.

Had a fantastic meal. The usual high quality food with great service. They even managed to continue smoothly and efficiently during a load shedding moment until the generators switched on. Very competitively priced considering in the popular casino.
